To prevent waste, the glue replenishment system is automatically triggered when the glue level drops, while the glue will also be recycled. Additionally, the designed metering roller speed makes sure the glue is evenly distributed to avoid any rejections at a high speed.
The press is further designed to be removable with a floating structure, the paper will not be crushed and the cardboard will remain smooth and straight with only a single adjustment. The independent water tank cleaning cycle method that utilizes a hard rubber material increases its usability and convenience.
